The flowing lines were partly made in AE-CS4 and then edited with PS-CS4. Then the layers were merged.

Lol. Ah, those are some nice abstract wallpapers but I think that can also be achieved using the pen tool and gaussian blur. I could be wrong though. By the way, do you want the 'effects' in blue/green or black/white?

eh black and white is fine, i can always color overlay it :) and yeah, they can be done using the pen tool but it gets really tedious, figure there has to be a way to define a brush and use some settings on it

B/W it is. And yeah, maybe there's a line brush pack that is defined and then finished off with some filters.
